Before you write

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open Gallery Guru, go to the Pro screen and tap “Restore”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Gallery Guru. Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. We can’t cancel or refund store purchases ourselves – refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.

I deleted a photo by mistake – can you restore it?

We never have access to your photos. On iPhone, look in Photos → Utilities → Recently Deleted – photos stay there for 30 days. Step-by-step guide.
